Installation of the Flo couldn’t be easier. Just squeeze the top and bottom sections together and fit over bathtub faucet. Make sure the front of the faucet extends over the inside flap, and that the shower diverter is accessible through the top opening.
Bubbles, With Little Toil or Trouble
A one-touch bubble bath dispenser releases liquid bubble soap into the flow of water, ensuring a tub full of fluffy, foamy fun. Pour liquid bubble bath into the reservoir at the top end of the Flo, then press the green button on the lower end where the water comes out.
Pros

Cons
Although the cover is designed to fit easily over any standard bathtub faucets, there are definitely some faucets that it will fit better—or worse—than others. The Flo is easy to attach…but it can be fairly easy to remove, too, which is not always ideal when it’s a curious one-year-old doing the detaching. The bubble dispenser does not always work optimally, but presumably that’s not what most parents will be looking for in a protective cover/water deflector, anyway. And with some engineering (a.k.a. wiggling the cover around), the bubble dispenser issues can often be resolved. --Emilie Coulter
